is a gathering of 
menstruating folks who 
want to connect more deeply 
with their cycle & learn ways to support their wellbeing in each phase
Join us for a unique event where we dive into the wisdom of menstruation and connect more intimately with our bodies and with each other. We will explore ancient knowledge of our cycles and the interwoven relationship between menstruation and Mother Nature.
What to expect:
Opening circle - The Rent Tent tradition
Share some of your lived experience with other menstruating folks
Learn about the 4 phases of a menstrual cycle
Discover how menstruation is innately connected to the moon and seasons in nature
Recognize tools to support your body, mind & spirit throughout your cycle
Whether you're already familiar with your menstrual phases or just starting to tune into your cycle, this event is for you. Let's come together to embrace the power that intimately bridges us to Nature and  cultivate a sense of community. I can't wait to see you there!

This was an incredible experience! The views eating lunch at the top were amazing. Looking down over the lake and mountain ranges. The suspension bridge was incredible! This is a must do experience. There is a cafe with grab and go items and a restaurant at the top. There are shops both at the top and bottom of the gondola with fun items!The ride isn&#39;t for those with height fears as the gondola does jerk and shift throughout the ride. The hike might be more height fear friendly.its nice trip

Haitian Highway is a very famous road in Vancouver. If you drive slowly along the way, the beautiful scenery is constantly connected. There are also green mountains and the scenery is quite good.

The whole Shannon waterfall is particularly spectacular, although it cannot be compared with Huangguoshu Waterfall, but the surrounding scenery can completely make up for the small shortcomings here, picturesque, beautiful mountains and clear waters and fresh air.
