Dance & Movement Days is a series of monthly workshops that celebrate embodiment, curiosity, diversity, and community in St. Catharines. From October to March, local artists and movement practitioners with diverse backgrounds come together to teach two-hour workshops, sharing their embodied practices with community members. These workshops take place in various locations in the Downtown core, offering a unique opportunity to explore and appreciate the local arts scene.

The aim of Dance & Movement Days is to introduce meaningful methods for locals to connect with their bodies, the built environment, and the people around them. Through these workshops, participants become more in tune with themselves and their surroundings. This series is made possible by the Culture Builds Community Grant from the St. Catharine's Cultural Investment Program, as well as the generous support of our Venue Partners, including The First Ontario Performing Arts Centre, Avenue Ballroom, The Niagara Artists Centre, The St. Catharine's Public Library, Suitcase in Point Multi-Arts Company, and Westview Christian Fellowship. We are incredibly grateful for their resources and dedication.
