Dance & Movement Days is a series of monthly movement workshops held in St. Catharines, Ontario, celebrating embodiment, curiosity, diversity, and community. From October to March, local artists and movement practitioners with diverse backgrounds come together to teach a 2-hour workshop, sharing their embodied practices with members of the local community. These workshops take place in various locations in Downtown St. Catharines, with the aim of not only introducing locals to meaningful methods of moving their bodies but also diversifying their knowledge of the local arts scene.

Thanks to the generous support from the Culture Builds Community Grant by the St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program, as well as the Venue Partners including The First Ontario Performing Arts Centre, Avenue Ballroom, The Niagara Artists Centre, The St. Catharines Public Library, Suitcase in Point Multi-Arts Company, and Westview Christian Fellowship, Dance & Movement Days has become a reality.
