Decasilver: Dance Your Heart Out! is an exciting programme designed to keep individuals aged 50 years and above physically active and entertained through dance. Hosted by the National Library Board in Singapore, this event is exclusively open to members of the board. Before registering, please ensure you have your myLibrary username on hand. If you don't have one yet, you can easily create it on the National Library Board website.

Decasilver is a highly interactive workshop that aims to enhance your kinetic and cognitive well-being. Led by experienced dance facilitators from Decadance Co, this workshop offers a curated blend of dance, music, conversations, and various exercises, including breathing and vocal exercises. Prepare for a session that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Remember to wear appropriate clothing for the workshop as it involves physical activity.

The workshop is conducted by Decadance Co, a contemporary dance company that promotes inclusivity and intergenerational involvement.
