Join instructor Christina Bengtson on Saturday, September 30th at NW Rockhounds in Seattle for an exciting event called Embossed Cuff Bracelets. This class offers a unique opportunity to learn unconventional methods for texturing metals while creating beautiful cuffs in copper or brass. Participants, aged 18 and up, will have the chance to explore various techniques and create cuffs that are simple and elegant or bold and dramatic. The class will cover everything from proper annealing and forming techniques to a variety of patina methods. Whether you prefer thick or thin cuffs, this class will provide the skills and knowledge to bring your vision to life. Please note that prior experience with a butane torch is a prerequisite for this class. In addition, a kit fee of $15 will be required (cash or check). The classroom is located upstairs and has limited capacity, with only 6 students allowed per class. Masks are optional. Tickets for this event are priced at $70 and should be treated as a non-transferable purchase, similar to tickets for a sporting event or concert. Unfortunately, refunds can only be issued for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date.
