Summer Kickoff Party 
hosted by F45 Belmont and Waterloo Social. 
It will be an action-packed morning of sweating, sipping and socializing to celebrate kicking off the summer on a healthy start! 
Bring a friend and/or your family, pets and kids are welcome!

Saturday June 21st, from 9am-noon 
Back parking lots of F45 Belmont, located at The Catalyst Commons
All workouts, food&bev samples, and health services are complimentary. If you want more of the goodness, vendors will have selling goods & services for a fee.

*Ticket allows you access to the event, 2 (two) 30 minute workouts, free samples from local food&bev vendors, free health sessions with local vendors (i.e. massage, physio, chiropractic, etc) and one heck of a good time!
