Explore patterns of play, fantasy, support and constraint at work in families, and often reflected in other close relationships. Four contemporary artists share artworks around these themes, offering a space of reflection and potential shift. Family relationships, our experiences of play and fantasy, and the myriad ways we have been held and not held play a major part in forming us. To varying degrees, our families or broader networks contain us. Obstacles arise to being held and remembered. The rhythms of early interactions, resonating with our own tendencies, inform how we develop further close relationships. Questions of how to change these patterns may arise, as we grow and take on responsibilities ourselves. This exhibition offers newly created artwork by four contemporary artists as objects for contemplation and discussion, to embody parts of these ideas, and hold contrasting experiences in playful or imaginative ways. In visual dialogue with one another, new connections will arise between the artworks. A selection of related material (books,poems, and drawing materials) will be on hand to encourage further exploration if you wish. The discussion will be an opportunity to pose questions and raise ideas that have come up in response to the work and themes in the exhibition Participating artists: Jonny Aldous, Noor Ali Chagani, Annabel Fraser, Clio Lloyd-Jacob

Cambridge University is an open-plan town consisting of 31 independent colleges, of which Trinity College is located in the heart of the town, known as the cradle of prime ministers because of 20 British prime ministers. It is also the alma mater of Apple founder Jobs. The scenery on both sides of the Jianhe River is charming and picturesque, with historic buildings, towering bell towers, exquisite statues, beautiful gardens and so on, all full of strong cultural atmosphere.

Having a boat trip in Cambridge can give a good experience of punting on the River Cam and also get lots of interesting stories about each college at the University of Cambridge. However, the cost of it is quite expensive.

There is a statue of Henry VIII at the entrance of Trinity College. There is an apple tree on the green lawn at the entrance of the college, which is the source of Newton&#39;s law of &quot;universal gravitation&quot;. When you enter the Great Court of the college, the magnificent architecture brings a sense of awe. In the lobby of the church are jade statues of famous graduates from Trinity College, including Newton, Bacon, Tennyson and others.

Bridge of Sighs

The Bridge of Sighs is a covered bridge in Cambridge, England. It belongs to St. John&#39;s College, Cambridge University. It was built in 1831 and spans the River Cam. The architect was Henry Hutchinson. It is named after the Bridge of Sighs in Venice.
