The session begins with a somatic awareness journaling task and setting intentions, providing a solid foundation for the workshop. A warm-up follows, incorporating enjoyable movement guidance activities that encourage a deeper connection with your body, infusing your movements with joy and fun. The main part of the session is dedicated to free movement, allowing you to move and feel the music in your own unique way. 

As the session draws to a close, a light cool down, a soothing sound bath meditation, and a bodyfullness affirmation bring a sense of calm and fulfillment. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring water to stay hydrated. If you prefer to bring your own writing tools for the somatic journaling activity, feel free to do so, although we will provide pen and paper if needed.

To ensure accessibility, we offer low-income tickets, although we kindly request those who can afford full-price tickets to book general admissions tickets due to limited availability. Our aim is to make this workshop as accessible as possible, and we hope to offer more low-income tickets in the future based on booking numbers.

Teacher Chen Fan is like a walking encyclopedia, and before each exhibit, he can trust the historical story and cultural connotation behind it. The city is beautifully overlooked from the London Eye. The Thames flows like a silver ribbon through it. Old buildings and modern skyscrapers are interspersed with unique charm. Under the clear sky, the scenery is more clear and charming, and it is refreshing. It is an unforgettable experience and it is a lingering experience.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
