Experience a FREE Boxing Session for Fitness & Fun in North Brighton! This special event is perfect for locals over 40 and 50 who are looking to get fit, make friends, and have a great time. Join us at Paringa Park Primary School on Monday from 6.30-7.15pm for an exhilarating workout in the great outdoors. 

Our all-levels boxing class is designed to help you improve your fitness and learn essential boxing skills. Our expert trainers will guide you through fundamental strikes, bag holding, footwork, and classic boxing drills. The class includes a warmup, orientation, punching combinations, drills, and stretching to ensure a well-rounded workout.

If you have fingerless boxing gloves, don't forget to bring them along. However, if you don't have any, don't worry! We offer them for purchase at a super-discounted rate. No previous boxing experience is necessary, making this session perfect for beginners. However, if you have any pre-existing conditions, please consult with your health practitioner before participating.

To secure your spot in the class, bookings are essential. Once registered, you will receive confirmation of your booking. If the class is already full, don't worry. We will notify you and offer an alternative spot if one becomes available. Feel free to invite a friend or family member to join you by sharing the registration link.

If Monday doesn't work for you, we also offer this class on Tuesday at 6am or every second Saturday at 8am. Just let us know your preferred time by contacting Glen at 0400033302. Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
