The Bike Kitchen is delivered by Cotton Town Bikes. It is free thanks to funding from Cycling UK's Big Bike Revival Project. Who is the bike kitchen for: The Bike Kitchen is suitable for those with some bike maintenance experience who are confident to work on their own bike. The Bike Kitchen is coordinated by an experienced mechanic. The Bike Kitchen is a DIY workshop for people with the skills and knowledge to work on their own bike but may not have the space or equipment to do so at home. It is also a social event where you can meet other like minded people and in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. There is a limit to the amount of help we can offer, particularly when we’re busy and you may have to wait for a workstation to become free before you can work on your bike. If you are not confident on working on your own bike and want to learn, you may wish to consider attending our series of bike maintenance workshops. Schedule: 6pm - 6:15pm Entry into the workshop/registration.6;15pm - 8:45pm Bike Kitchen.8:45pm - 9pm Clean up.The bike kitchen is popular and numbers are limited. If you book a ticket and can no longer attend please cancel your ticket so that someone else has the chance to attend.
