On September 30, 2023, the Friendswood Public Library in Friendswood, Texas, will be hosting its 3rd Annual Gala, titled "Through the Looking Glass." This immersive experience has been inspired by the classic fantasies of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll. This innovative space will house various cutting-edge resources, such as a 3D printer, poster printer, vinyl design and cutting machine, as well as robotics and STEAM activity kits. The Makerspace-Technology Room will serve as a valuable training hub for both children and adults, while also providing a meeting area for local students, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and community members.
