Join the Full Body 80's Workout event at The Junction in Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220. This 60-minute fitness session will have you moving to 80s hits while working all your major muscle groups. It doesn't matter what fitness level you're at, this workout is suited for everyone. Experience a fun and energetic workout that will transport you back to the 80s. The workout includes a mix of balance, flexibility, cardio, and strength exercises to help tone your body. Mats are provided, just bring your own towel and water bottle. The first class is free, and each subsequent class is only $8, payable at the door. Don't forget to check out the onsite cafe, open every Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. Please note that this class is subject to a minimum attendance requirement. If the minimum numbers are not met, the class may be canceled. Rest assured, you will be notified within 24 hours if this is the case. To attend the Retro Fit event at OurChurch, you must complete a pre-exercise form and inform the instructor of any existing medical conditions.
