Join the upcoming 2023 Goat Yoga event in Addison Circle Park! This unique experience is brought to you by Addison Athletic Club. Immerse yourself in the serene environment of Addison Circle Park as our tribe of pet goats roam freely, adding an extra element of joy to your yoga practice. These adorable animals will even be donning cozy sweaters, making the atmosphere even more delightful.

Please come prepared for the outdoor event and dress accordingly. Remember that the proceeds from this class directly support our animals and local non-profit initiatives, creating a positive impact in the community.

Before the class begins, please refrain from entering the fenced-off goat yoga area more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. We understand the importance of capturing memorable moments, so we have allocated time after the class for socializing and taking pictures with the goats.

To ensure your comfort during the session, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat. However, we will provide large towels for all attendees. Additionally, we offer bottled waters, sunscreen, bug spray, and other essentials for your convenience.

Our goats are social creatures and may show interest in you during the yoga practice. Embrace their playful nature as they may nudge, scratch, nibble, or even jump on attendees. Please note that goats are not potty trained, but we have a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available for your use.

Before the class commences, every participant must check in and sign a liability waiver. Masks are not required for this outdoor fitness event. Each participant is responsible for maintaining their preferred social distancing from others.

We are thrilled to welcome participants aged 5 and over, accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Goat yoga is meant to be enjoyable and memorable for everyone.
