Experience the ultimate relaxation and connection with nature at the upcoming Goat Yoga Dallas event. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of Main Street Garden Park, where our tribe of playful goats will join you for a unique yoga experience. This outdoor event promises a fun-filled time as our furry friends graze and jump around, creating moments of joy and laughter.

Please ensure you come dressed appropriately for the weather, as the event will take place outside. And don't forget to bring your own yoga mat! We provide large towels for all attendees, as well as essential items like bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Our primary goal is to create a memorable experience for you while supporting our animals and local non-profit initiatives.

During the class, be prepared for our goats to show their curiosity and interact with you. They may nudge, scratch, nibble, jump, or even step on attendees. Rest assured, we have a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Please note that masks are not required as this is an outdoor fitness event. Social distancing will be the responsibility of each participant, allowing you to choose your preferred proximity to others.

To participate, all attendees must check in and sign our liability waiver before the class begins. Please note that the fenced-off goat yoga area should only be entered 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. If you miss capturing the perfect shot with the goats during yoga practice, don't worry! We have allocated time after the class for extra socializing and photo opportunities.

Goat yoga is suitable for everyone aged 5 and over, as long as a participating parent or guardian accompanies minors.
