This unique yoga session, brought to you by Frisco Fresh Market, offers the perfect opportunity to connect with nature while our playful goats roam and interact with participants. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as this outdoor event promises an unforgettable experience. Not only will you have a fantastic time, but your participation will also directly support local non-profit initiatives and animal welfare.

Before your scheduled class, please refrain from entering the designated goat yoga area for more than 15 minutes. After the session, there will be ample time for socializing and capturing memorable photos with the friendly goats. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, as we do not provide them. However, we do offer large towels for all attendees and provide essentials such as bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray. While participating in this enjoyable activity suitable for individuals aged 5 and over, expect our goats to show curiosity and affection by nudging, scratching, nibbling, jumping, and occasionally stepping on you. To ensure hygiene, we have a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available.

Upon arrival, all participants must check in and sign a liability waiver. Masks are not required for this outdoor fitness event, but maintaining social distancing is important and will be the responsibility of each individual based on their own preferences. We are excited to welcome you to our Goat Yoga tribe and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or require additional information. Don't forget to inquire about our newly established non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local farm animals in need of sanctuary.

While we strive to ensure a safe environment, please be mindful of the items you bring and refrain from bringing any animals other than the goats. Additionally, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the fenced off goat yoga area.
