The Guerilla Slam, Berlin's renowned Poetry Slam event, is making a comeback! Prepare to be captivated as raw meets delicate, and bold poetry intertwines with exquisite lines. The event will take place at the Mulackei in Berlin-Mitte, our brand new home that awaits your presence. A Poetry Slam is a modern competition where diverse artists showcase their own written works. Attendees will be treated to a mesmerizing six-minute performance from each participant, as they strive to impress and charm the audience. Please note that costumes and singing are not permitted during the performances. The evening's outcome will be determined by the applause and judgment of the spectators. The Mulackei is conveniently located between U Rosenthaler Platz and U Weinmeisterstraße. Tickets can be purchased in advance for €10 (regular) or €8 (discounted), plus fees. At the door, tickets are recommended to be priced at €12 (regular) or €10 (discounted). Doors open at 18:15 and the event commences at 19:00. The Guerilla Slam aims to make art accessible to all, and therefore, we operate on the principle of pay-what-you-can at the door. Guests are encouraged to contribute according to their means, with no judgement or inquiries by our entrance staff. Additionally, a solidarity donation box is available at the entrance for those who wish to contribute extra, supporting those who may have limited financial resources and ensuring the accessibility of cultural events. Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom) is a famous Protestant church in Berlin, the capital of Germany. It is located on the Museum Island in the center of the city, next to the Spree River. This magnificent church is not only the religious center of Berlin, but also an important landmark and tourist attraction of the city.
⛪️The history of Berlin Cathedral dates back to the 15th century, when there was a smaller church on the same site. The existing cathedral was built from 1894 to 1905 under the order of German Emperor Wilhelm II to serve as the court church of the Hohenzollern family. The original church was demolished at the end of the 19th century to make way for a new and more magnificent church.
⛪️Berlin Cathedral adopts Renaissance and Baroque styles and was designed by architect Julius Raschdorff. Its gorgeous appearance and exquisite interior decoration reflect the characteristics of neo-Baroque architecture. The church is 98 meters high, and its green dome is an important part of the Berlin skyline.
⛪️During World War II, the Berlin Cathedral was severely damaged, especially an air raid in 1944 that caused part of the church&#39;s dome to collapse. After the war, the restoration of the church lasted for decades and was finally completed in 1993.
⛪️The interior of the church is richly decorated with many exquisite sculptures, paintings and mosaics. The altarpiece and the pulpit on the central altar are particularly eye-catching.
⛪️The Berlin Cathedral has an organ built by Wilhelm Sauer, which is one of the largest and most important historical organs in the world.
Visitors can climb 270 steps to the observation deck on the church&#39;s dome, from which they can overlook the magnificent view of the center of Berlin.

We had a great experience at the Berliner Fernsehturm! The view from the top is absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic look over Berlin. We went early in the morning to avoid the queues, which made the visit even more enjoyable. If you want to make the most of your time and skip long waiting times, we definitely recommend going early. A must-visit for great city views!
