- Non è richiesto il dress code. SALA DANTE - PALAZZO POLI La prestigiosa ed elegante Sala Dante nota per la sua grandezza e per l’esclusivo affaccio su Fontana di Trevi, si trova all’interno dello storico Palazzo Poli, l’edificio su cui poggia proprio la Fontana stessa.
Costruita intorno al 1720 per ospitare la preziosa biblioteca del duca di Poli, la sala fu utilizzata anche come salone per le feste. L’ambiente fu inaugurato il 26 febbraio 1866 sulle note della Sinfonia Dantesca di Franz Liszt, presente all’evento. Alla fine dell’Ottocento la Sala Dante divenne uno dei luoghi più apprezzati in fatto di cultura musicale, frequentata così da personaggi illustri come Gabriele D’Annunzio, Jules Massenet, Pietro Mascagni, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Martucci.

SALA DANTE - PALAZZO POLI The prestigious and elegant Sala Dante, known for its grandeur and for the exclusive overlooking the Trevi Fountain is located inside Palazzo Poli, the building on which the Trevi Fountain rests.
Built in the 1720s to house the precious library of the Duke of Poli, Sala Dante it was also used as a party hall. The hall was inaugurated on 26 February 1866 to the tune of Dante's Symphony by Franz Liszt, who was present at the event. At the end of the nineteenth century, the Sala Dante became one of the most popular places in terms of musical culture, frequented by Gabriele D'Annunzio, Jules Massenet, Pietro Mascagni, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Martucci.
