Mats and props are provided, ensuring a comfortable experience for all attendees.

Due to limited space availability, pre-registration is required. We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend a session, you notify us as soon as possible so that those on the waitlist can be accommodated. Please note that doors are locked after the class start time, and late entry is not permitted.

The Red Ma'at Collective is a not-for-profit organization focused on empowering black, indigenous women, and gender-expansive individuals of color in the Greater Toronto Region. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing environment for healing and inner peace. In addition to the yoga classes, the Red Ma'at Collective offers various community workshops, private yoga sessions, therapeutic sessions, and educational anti-oppression workshops.

OnePeopleTO is dedicated to decolonizing mental health and wellness in the Black/African diaspora and beyond. They provide an anti-racist, queer-positive, and trauma-informed wellness sanctuary. By offering trauma-informed, culturally competent, and decolonized wellness practices, OnePeopleTO aims to remove barriers that traditionally hinder individuals from accessing opportunities for healing and personal growth.
