This dynamic workout combines choreographed cardio moves with upbeat, popular music that will keep you grooving and feeling great. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this class is designed for everyone, offering options to accommodate all fitness levels in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Layton (he/they), a highly experienced instructor with a passion for empowering others, brings contagious energy and drive to every class. With over five years of teaching HIGH formats, Layton has shared their expertise in gyms and studios throughout Alberta. Their commitment to inclusivity, safety, and fun ensures that all participants feel comfortable and encouraged to listen to and love their bodies through movement.

You won't want to miss this unique blend of old-school aerobics and cutting-edge techniques set to an infectious soundtrack. As you power through the cardio and toning tracks, your heart will be pumping and your face will be smiling. Classes run every Tuesday at 7:15pm, starting from January 9th to February 13th. To attend, simply become a Community League Member* for the discounted rate of $12 per class. Non-members are also welcome at a rate of $15 per class.

This is the first indoor waterpark I&#39;ve ever visited, and I was impressed. The wave pool is quite big (apparently the biggest in the world), and provides endless fun, so naturally that&#39;s what my kids liked the most. The slides are pretty good too, although the really steep ones tend to hurt a bit going down. It&#39;s impressive how they packed so many slides in the same area, although it&#39;s a bit confusing at first how to reach the slide you want. The small kids area is pretty nice too. Very pricey

Edmonton River Valley

Edmonton River Valley Park is a wetland park and also a very good natural area in the city. The fresh water resources here are very abundant. In the River Valley Park, you can enjoy many bird species and the number of plants is also very rich.

82 Avenue Northwest

White Avenue is a very important traffic artery, and it is also a place where you can enjoy a lot of beautiful city scenery. On this road, you can see some very interesting shopping areas, and it is very convenient to buy things. I really like the visiting environment here.

The Royal Alberta Museum is also a very interesting place. It is a provincial museum and is quite large in scale. Edmonton is the capital of Alberta. The museum displays many exquisite royal artworks and daily necessities.

Alberta Legislature Building

The Alberta Parliament Building is also a very classic Canadian-style building. It is also the parliament building of the provincial capital city and a relatively important political hub. The building is built on a relatively high ground and you need to climb some steps to get up there and take pictures.
