Intro to Freediving/Newbie class is the perfect session for both first-time participants and returning newcomers. This class serves as an introduction to the exciting world of Freediving. If you are curious and want to explore what it's all about, book a 1st time ticket. For those who have attended our introductory class before, please book a returning newbie ticket. To register, simply complete the required form called "Come and try medical form". We welcome everyone to join our club sessions, but it's important to note that you should be able to confidently swim 2 lengths of a pool (surface). If you lack swimming confidence, don't worry! We offer 121 sessions specifically designed for individuals like you. Feel free to reach out to us for more information. 

The session schedule is as follows: First-time attendees meet at 7.00pm, while returning newbies gather at 7:30pm. The session begins with a dry session, followed by a pool session from 8pm to 9pm. For the meeting point, head just to the right of the bottom of the spiral staircase, near the windows that overlook the basketball court. Remember to bring your swimming gear, as well as a mask (or goggles and noseclip) and fins. In case you don't have these items, we have spares available for lending.

On May 21, I took the elderly to visit the British Museum, and the tour guide service was warm and professional. If you visit the museum without a tour guide, it may be completed in half an hour. The main reason is that the historical geography has not been learned well. Under the tour guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours feel very fast. This is the second time I have decided to come to the British Museum for the tour guide service of Trip.com . I still feel that the meaning is still not enough. After watching the changing of the guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, we came to Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people queuing up, and it took about an hour and a half to enter the church. There was an interpreter at the entrance, and you could choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter will explain. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church are of high quality and good temperament, which makes people respect them.

Windsor Castle

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
