Stockard Channing's critically acclaimed production of Samuel Beckett's 'Krapp's Last Tape' comes to The Regency Town House this April. Bringing her unique directorial vision to this production, she explores the intricate layers of Beckett's masterpiece and Krapp's solitary world. Starring multi-award-winning actor David Westhead, a veteran of The Royal National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company, this 50-minute theatrical experience delves into the life of Krapp, a 69-year-old man reflecting on his past through annual tape recordings. The Birmingham Press described Westhead's performance as, “Intense and compelling”. John McAndrew of the Royal Shakespeare Company praised the production as,  Just terrific...brilliant, outrageous, and heartbreaking . All proceeds will benefit the Wembley to Soweto Foundation, an international charity founded by David Westhead offering photographic training to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The foundation offers training and life skills to enable young people to move their lives forward and contribute to the society in which they live.
