Whether you're new to Kundalini or have previous experience, this all-level class is perfect for everyone. The journey starts at Day One, allowing beginners to feel welcome and included. In Kundalini Yoga, the word "kundalini" refers to the life force that lies coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened and sent along the spine to the head.

To make the most of this practice, it is recommended to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and be well hydrated. It's also best to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class. Through a combination of deep breathing, mudras (hand movements), mantras (phrases), and physical movements, participants can stimulate dormant energy within the body and move it along the chakras until it reaches the crown chakra.

This release of energy promotes internal balance, awakening, and enlightenment. For added comfort during the session, participants have the option to bring a bolster, eye mask, and journal. The class will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, and it is advised to arrive at least 15 minutes early for first-time attendees.
