Join Emily Beaumont at the Lampshade Making event in Brighton. This one-day workshop offers you the opportunity to create your own bespoke drum lampshade using your favorite fabric. With two sizes available, 20cm and 30cm, you can select a lampshade that perfectly fits your interior color scheme. And if you're looking for a larger size, simply request a 40cm lampshade before the class starts. During the workshop, you will learn how to work with a PVC liner, attach the fabric correctly, and create neat edges for a professional finish. The result? A beautiful new lampshade that can be used for a standard lamp or as a ceiling pendant.

For a 20cm lampshade, bring a piece of lightweight cotton or linen fabric measuring at least 65cm wide and 25cm long. For a 30cm lampshade, bring a piece of fabric measuring at least 97cm wide and 26cm long. And if you opt for the 40cm lampshade, confirm your order in advance and bring a piece of fabric measuring 130cm wide and 30cm long. This course is suitable for beginners and takes place on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:30. The location is the White Room, and the maximum number of participants is 8.

Emily Beaumont is a skilled upholsterer who has honed her craft at the prestigious London Metropolitan University. Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March

more like a downtown touristy place with many cafes and cosmetic shops. very easy to get lost while looking for some place on maps. almost did when i was lookong for Mac cosmetics...you will find Jo Malone, Bobby Brown and Mac cosmetics all in one small area. and coffee shops too. on my second attempt i was looking for pizza express and i almost missed it. hehehh the lanes is one place that gets you wondering what exactly is going on with your maps application. definately recomend you to not miss it while in brighton. on your way to lanes you will meet Tmax the famous brand discount shop and boy, you will thank me then.
