Experience the wonders of Nordic Walking at the 2-hour workshop designed for beginners. Participants will receive a brief introduction before being provided with poles for a walk to Dovecot field. Karen will guide attendees through the initial 7-8 steps of the INWA 10-step method, including uphill and downhill techniques. By the end of the session, participants will have acquired enough skills to engage in Nordic Walking confidently. For those seeking further knowledge, enrolling in the Technique2 workshop is recommended. Llantwit Major offers a picturesque setting, allowing for an off-road walk through fields and along the coastal path. Coffee shops in the town provide a perfect opportunity to relax with a hot beverage and a sweet treat post-session. The workshop is priced at £35 per person, inclusive of pole usage. Additionally, participants receive a £10 discount voucher for pole purchase at the workshop's conclusion.
