Join the Let's Get Moving: Fitness Boxing for Birthing Bodies class if you are planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or at least 8 weeks postpartum. This unique class combines shadow boxing and cardiovascular training to help you stay fit and prepare your body for childbirth. The class involves punching on the Quiet Punch, a portable punching bag, for ten rounds with active recovery between each round to increase your heart rate. You'll also learn body movements that can relieve aches and pains associated with pregnancy. No prior experience is required, and each class includes a dynamic warmup, cool-down, and mindful pause. Please note that registration is limited to 10 people in person, so sign up today! 

Before participating in the class, it is important to understand the potential risks involved. Physical exercise can be strenuous and may lead to serious injury, especially during private or group training. We urge you to consult with a medical doctor before starting any exercise or training program, especially if you have any pre-existing injuries or chronic conditions. By joining the class, you acknowledge and accept that there are risks to your musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems. These risks include sprains, strains, dizziness, fainting, abnormal heartbeat, discomfort in breathing, abnormal blood pressure response, and in rare instances, heart attack or stroke. We cannot anticipate all risks in advance, but we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

In the unlikely event that you require medical care or treatment during the class, BodiED by Easton is authorized to provide emergency medical care, including first aid, CPR, the use of AEDs, emergency medical transport, and sharing of medical information with medical personnel.
