Experience an enchanting evening of life drawing in Llandeilo. Immerse yourself in the captivating art of drawing or painting from a live model at the Llandeilo Fawr Civic Hall. Located at 17 Crescent Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6HW, the event will take place on February 20, 2024, from 6 to 8pm. As you enter the Civic Hall, simply follow the 'Llandeilo Life Drawing' sign to the door on your right. Please note that the session will be held on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs. Regrettably, this may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.

For centuries, capturing the intricacies of the human form has been a cornerstone of artistic training. It is our mission to facilitate accessible and exceptional life drawing sessions for artists and art students in the Llandeilo area. This not-for-profit event comprises five sets of 20-minute drawing blocks, interspersed with brief five-minute breaks for the model. Starting with quick, dynamic poses to warm up, the session will progress to longer poses lasting 20 minutes. While no formal instruction will be provided, artists are welcome to share suggestions to enhance future sessions.

Feel free to bring your preferred drawing or painting materials. In case you forget your supplies, vine charcoal and paper will be available.
