As part of New Manifest Theatre's Manifest Minifest 5th annual short play festival, this workshop offers valuable insights into writing, directing, and producing. 

During this writing workshop, participants will delve into the creation of their story through the lens of their main character. They will explore the flaws, strengths, wants, and obstacles that shape their characters. The workshop will guide participants in developing story beats to enhance their writing beyond the class. Please note that the characters discussed in this workshop must be fictional, although they can draw inspiration from real people. This approach challenges the imagination and deepens the writing process.

Feel free to bring paper and pencil or a laptop, as this low-tech workshop focuses on the fundamentals of storytelling. Leading the workshop is Christine Hoang, a Vietnamese American screenwriter, playwright, actor, producer, and recovering lawyer based in Austin. Christine's stories revolve around Southern BIPOC characters navigating their way through life. With numerous awards to her name, Christine's biggest victories are her loving husband and dynamite daughter. She is represented by 3 Arts Entertainment.

As an ordinary tourist, I thought the procedure to enter the Capitol Building was very complicated, but I didn&#39;t expect that I could enter and visit just by checking the bags I brought with me.
This building was built in 1885 and covers an area of ​​51 acres. It was designed by architect Elijah E Myer in imitation of the Capitol Building in Washington. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and was named a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
It is amazing that the passage of time has not affected its appearance and internal structure at all. It is as new as ever. Visitors can visit the government offices and have time to visit the exterior of the building to appreciate this century-old building from all angles.
