Master The Foundations is an event that focuses on the fundamental aspects of yoga practice. Just as the roots are essential for the growth of a plant, the foundations are the roots of your yoga practice. This special extended yoga session provides you with the time and opportunity to delve deeper into your practice, gain a better understanding of fundamental asanas, and refine your skills.

During this masterclass, you will learn about the anatomical alignment of commonly used asanas, including balancing poses, forward bends, backward bends, twists, and inversions. Additionally, you will explore the Ujjayi breath, a powerful breathing technique often incorporated into yoga practice. 

The session concludes with a soothing sound bowl meditation, guiding you into a state of tranquility and deep relaxation. This masterclass is suitable for all levels, and no prior experience is required. It is particularly beneficial for beginners.

The event will be conducted in German and will take place at Yoga Stockwerkdrei in Berlin. Mats, blocks, and straps will be provided at the studio. Cancellation is possible up to 36 hours prior to the start of the event, with a full refund.

To participate, you can either purchase a regular ticket for 55€ or use one of your Urban Sport Club check-ins for a discounted price of 50€. Please note that both parts of the ticket must be fulfilled to guarantee your spot.
