Lace up your running shoes! NYC-based independent bookstore McNally Jackson and Tracksmith — an independent running brand focused on  the amateur spirit — have launched a monthly run club for the literary minded! For the June Run, we will meet at the Tracksmith Trackhouse in Brooklyn (147 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249) and finish the run at McNally Jackson Seaport (4 Fulton St, New York, NY 10038). Some of our favorite authors, including Clémence Michallon (author of Our Last Resort andThe Quiet Tenant ), will lead us in a stretch at 9:30 am. From there, we'll run 3 miles to McNally Jackson Seaport, led by expert pacers from Tracksmith Run Club. Afterwards, we'll grab coffee and pastries at the McJ Seaport espresso bar. This run group is for all paces and running levels. Keep in mind, no bag check will be available. This is a free community event.
