Accessibility
- There will be a seated area in the venue.
- Toilets within the venue accessible by a ramp. Just ask.
- Venue can be accessed via a lift on Level 3 square, through the door next to the SU Bar, with the Sub Zero sign.

- Affordable food is available from the shop on site or the SU Bar (PIZZA!) 
- A variety of soft and alcoholic drinks are available in the SU Bar next door to Sub Zero, including beer on tap.
- There is a bar within Sub Zero where drinks are to be bought if drinking within the venue.
Accommodation
 
- You will see on Google Maps and Booking.com that there are quite a few hotels and B&Bs in Colchester. You will see on Booking.com that there are also rooms available at the university (on site!) if you do not plan on heading to the town centre afterwards.
Transport
- The main train station in Colchester is Colchester North Station but there is also a smaller one that runs less trains called Colchester Town Station.
- There is a taxi rank outside Colchester North Station.
- Buses run throughout the day and night (check the First timetable).
- Colchester does have Uber.
