MITOCHONDRIA invites skaters of all skill levels and wheel preferences to join their SKATE sessions every Tuesday at 7 PM. These movement sessions focus on indigenous movement practice to develop strong and balanced bodies that can navigate the streets with ease. The goal is to maintain balance throughout each movement to prevent injuries and foster consistent growth on wheels. 

The sessions take place at the Lee and Joe Jamail Skatepark on Sabine Street in Houston, Texas. Participants meet at the park entrance to form intimate groups of four. There are five SKATE sessions available from 4 PM to 8 PM on Tuesdays. These indigenous skating classes are accessible to everyone and offer a sliding scale payment option ranging from $0 to $111. 

To reserve a spot, participants can pay via VENMO (@IAN-GUZMAN-1) or CASHAPP ($OSH3).
