Do Mondays give you the blues? Don't let it! Make it feel like an extended weekend.
This class activates your senses with gentle movement and stretching, followed by a guided check in on your body and mindset.  
As your class comes to its end, pet Oscar, an 8-year old therapy dog, if you’d like to. Trained to assist hearing impaired people, Oscar is a very good and gentle boy.  Not your thing?  Oscar won't bother you.
Your guide, Christina (Oscar’s owner), has 20 years of experience, having fallen in love with the gentle openness Yoga Nidra brings. She also specializes in modifying the practice to support anyone with sensitivities, injuries, or pain.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket for the most comfortable experience. This class will leave you feeling rested and restored.
It is beginner-friendly.
If you have impairments that do not allow you to use a flight of stairs, please let us know in advance so that we can host the experience on the main floor, rather than on the mezzanine level.
7-8 pm (plus the Oscar petting, if you want to stay!)
