The MTB Clinic—Intro to Jump (Adult) is a specialized adult group clinic designed for riders aged 15 and above. This clinic focuses on refining technical skills, practicing drills, and most importantly, having fun! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, this clinic will help you develop the necessary skills to safely enjoy mountain biking on various trails, including challenging terrains such as rock gardens.

One of the key aspects of this clinic is the "challenge by choice" motto, which encourages participants to set their own pace and explore different features and challenges. Our experienced coaches provide personalized feedback that not only improves your technique but also boosts your confidence. Throughout the clinic, you will progress from learning wheel lifts to mastering bunny hops and small gap jumps. It's important to note that participants must be at least 15 years old to join Hale's Adult MTB Clinics.
