Virgo Events presents the eighth installment of their highly anticipated Music & Poetry Evening, and this time, it's a special Christmas edition. This vibrant event showcases the talents of emerging voices in both poetry and music, creating an enchanting experience for all attendees. Located at the heart of Cardiff, in the beautiful Rhostio on Crwys Road, guests will find themselves immersed in the artistic atmosphere between the vibrant neighborhoods of Cathays and Roath. 

The event will feature an incredible lineup of performers, including the talented poet Osian Luke, the captivating rapper Chris, and the dynamic duo of Leanne Evans & Rebecca Baker. Additionally, attendees will have the pleasure of experiencing the extraordinary musical talents of 15-year-old singer-songwriter Milly Mason, the mesmerizing Sad Cypress, and the superb musicians Pablo, Dio, and Joe. The event will also showcase the exceptional poetry of Onismo Muhlanga and Emma Jeynes, as well as the musical stylings of Dom Thomas and Jules Gardner.

This Music & Poetry Evening is not to be missed, and guests are encouraged to bring their instruments, such as pianos, guitars, and drums, as well as their own poems to perform spontaneously on the night. An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.
Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.
I highly recommend this visit for all ages.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Pleasant enough way to spend a couple of hours. Went primarily to see the paintings but (and of course this is entirely a matter of personal taste) there wasnt a lot to rock my boat and not a lot of range. Some of the pottery was quite interesting but could have been better displayed. The natural history section on the ground floor was rather more interesting than expected- not too &quot;dry&quot;

Cardiff Bay is very easy to go.  It is very closed to Cardiff Central Station.  You can take the bus or walk 30 mins from central station.  It is free to visit, of course, and the scenary there is fantastic.  You can spend a few hours there, no doubt.  Take lots of pictures there.  There are a lot of shops and restaurant and coffee shop there.  So once you are tired, you can grab a coffee there, by sitting next to the seashore, enjoying the coffee and the sea at the same time.  Different kinds of pubs and restaurant there, from high class to family restaurant.  There are also a few historical buildings there, and there is a modern exhibition center there.  The design of its outlook is so high tech, you definitely will fall in love with it.
