 - Dates soaked in brandy and wrapped in prosciutto then baked. A deceptively simple, yet decadent, starter

oasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato Salad
 - This dish can stand alone as a salad, or take a supporting role as a side at your holiday table. Roasting brings out the inherent sweetness in the vegetables which is balanced with red wine vinegar.
Sauteed Scallops over Thai-Spiced Risotto 
- Red Thai Curry, lemongrass and lime leaves scent coconut chicken stock for that distinctive flavour, topped with seared scallops
Buttermilk and Goat Cheese Pannacotta with Basil, Pepper and Balsamic Strawberries
 - The tanginess of buttermilk pairs beautifull with the earthiness of goat cheese in this decadent dessert topped with berries macerated with basil and cracked pepper.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
