Free will lead the reading, taking place in the farm's 3-acre pasture. This heartwarming story, first published in 1905, follows the journey of newlyweds who sacrifice their most prized possessions to give each other a Christmas gift. The Gift of the Magi has become a beloved part of American literature and a symbol of the Christmas season. Be sure to dress warmly for this free event and consider enjoying holiday hayrides and hot cocoa and cookies available for purchase on site. You can also take a free tour of the 1772 Adriance Farmhouse. Remember to register online in advance, although walk-ins are welcome.
