Join Dr. Mateo Cruz and Bentley University on November 16, 2023, from 7-9 PM, at 419 Moody Street, Waltham, for an inspiring storytelling event called ONE MIC: Global Stories of Change. This event, organized in partnership with the Common Good Co., will focus on the transformative power of international education as a Force for Good. 

During the event, Bentley students will share their impactful moments while studying abroad. They will reflect on what these experiences meant to them, how they shifted their perspectives, and how they continue to influence their behavior today. As an audience member, you will also have the opportunity to share your own short story about a time when traveling abroad changed you for the better.

In addition to the engaging stories, the café at the venue will offer a variety of refreshments, including coffee, mocktails, and desserts available for purchase. All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the Elias Motsoaledi Preschool & Daycare in the Township of Soweto, South Africa. Bentley students will visit the school in May 2024.
