Summer Workshop Announcement! I will be running an open face casting workshop on Saturday the 21st of June. This is a great introduction to casting with glass and will cover the basics of mould making, measuring your glass and firing your work. We will use clay to create forms for refractory moulds. These are then 'packed' and fired to shape the glass. The workshop will run from 9:30am to 5pm Lunch and all materials are included. Complete beginners welcome! Unfortunately, this workshop is not fully accessible. We will be using the toilet facilities of a private residence. I am currently not in a position to offer ISL intrepratation. Increased access is a concern for me as I develop my studio, and I appolgise if my current set up is not accessible for you.
