Through multimedia pieces and installations, this exhibition challenges the norms of a traditionally male-dominated space, highlighting skateboarding as a powerful form of resistance and self-expression.  Skate Like A Girl  spotlights the stories of female skateboarders who reject stereotypes and embrace femininity on their own terms, demonstrating how skateboarding can be an empowering force for identity, inclusion, and freedom. From resilience on the ramps to redefining what it means to skate  like a girl,  the exhibition explores what it's like to carve out space in skateboarding as a young woman, inviting everyone to roll past expectations and celebrate a more inclusive community. This in-person event will be held at State BCN in Barcelona. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to support and celebrate female artists and the skateboarding community. Accomodation Ideas: Hostel - Factory Hostel Barcelona: I stayed here this year, and it was so lovely, clean and the staff were great. A really great cheap option. Hotel - La Casa de Sol: Haven't stayed here but its right next to StateBCN. Airbnb - There's lots of these in Barcelona. You'll find cheaper ones the further you go out from central. The city has fab transport and it's quite cheap!
