At 6:30 pm, meet on our lower level and get ready to hit the pavement. This sponsored run with Salomon offers an incredible opportunity to demo their top-of-the-line shoes, ensuring you have the best gear for your run. Plus, there will be post-run raffles and giveaways from both Salomon and Le Bent. You won't want to miss out on the chance to win amazing prizes.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, there are options for everyone. Choose from Option 1, a tempo/fartlek/speed workout led by Coach Brian. This includes a 1-mile warm-up to the West Side Highway, followed by 16 intervals of 90 seconds at half marathon pace with 60 seconds of rest in between. Finish off with a cool-down back to Paragon.

If a more relaxed run is your style, Option 2 offers an easy 4-mile conversational run. Begin with a 1-mile warm-up to the West Side Highway, enjoy 2 easy-paced miles along the scenic running path, and then complete a 1-mile cooldown back to the store. Bag check will be available to store your belongings during the run. Don't forget to bring your own water to stay hydrated.

After the run, join us in our new lounge for beer on tap, raffles, and delicious food. It's the perfect way to unwind and celebrate your accomplishments. You will be given an audio set for the duration of the tour and will be walking the &quot;campus&quot;. My tour was led by Jonathan. He was fantastic.
