All proceeds from this event will go towards our ongoing initiative to distribute reusable menstrual products to Black menstruators in Zimbabwe.

The Restorative Mat Pilates class is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on joint mobility, core stability, and breath work. Led by experienced instructors Dj (aka Caijo) and Renelyn Quinicot, this practice aims to connect mind and body by synchronizing breath with intentional movement. 

No need for shoes in this class, as mats will be provided. Remember to bring your water and a towel to enhance your experience.

The CN Tower, also known as the Canadian National Tower or the CN Tower, is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 1995, it was recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World by the American Society of Civil Engineers and is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers.
The &quot;CN&quot; in its original name was an abbreviation for &quot;Canadian National&quot; and is now an abbreviation for &quot;Canada&#39;s National,&quot; though neither name is commonly used. Standing 553.33 meters tall, it is the fifth tallest free-standing structure in the world. Considered a landmark in Toronto, it attracts over two million visitors annually. Since its completion in 1976, it has been consistently listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest building until surpassed by the Burj Khalifa (Dubai). However, technically, the CN Tower is not a building, but a non-structural structure. The CN Tower is a landmark building in Toronto and the second-tallest telecommunications tower in the world. Niagara Falls, a transnational wonder woven together by the might of nature and human intervention, possesses both allure and controversy. As one of the world&#39;s three largest transnational waterfalls, it cascades down a cliff at a maximum flow rate of 6,000 cubic meters per second. The roar and mist intertwine, creating a breathtaking visual and auditory experience that showcases the majesty of nature. The viewing angles from the US and Canada each offer distinct perspectives: the American side is ideal for experiencing the impact of the falls up close, while the Canadian side offers a panoramic view of the Horseshoe Falls. Admission to the core viewing area is free, offering excellent value.

However, peak season crowds and commercialization can diminish the experience: long queues are common at popular viewing spots and attractions like the Maid of the Mist, souvenirs are inflated, and parking fees on both sides can reach over $30 per day, making it difficult to find parking during peak season. However, by avoiding peak hours and strolling through Queen Victoria Park or Niagara Falls State Park in the US, you can still experience the unique charm of this transcendental natural gift amidst the light shows and natural mist.

The moment you step into Casa Loma, you&#39;re transported back to the days of the aristocracy of the early 20th century. Climbing the spiral staircase to the tower is a bit leg-wrenching, but it&#39;s well worth it&mdash;the rooftop view offers breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline. The underground wine cellars and secret passageways are truly adventurous, and I can&#39;t help but imagine the banquets the owners once hosted there. However, some of the furniture in the rooms looks a bit worn, and the signage is a bit blurry. My favorite part is the garden, where the roses are in full bloom in the summer, and it&#39;s so relaxing to sit on a bench and just relax. If you enjoy historical architecture and photography, this is a great place to take photos!

St. Lawrence Market

The moment I stepped into St. Lawrence Market, I was immediately greeted by a riot of aromas&mdash;the charred aroma of freshly baked bread, the savory aroma of seafood stalls, and the tangy sweetness of honey stalls! I waited in line for ten minutes at the Peameal Bacon stall, and it lived up to its reputation: the crispy, tender Canadian bacon sandwich was bursting with juice. In the antique section on the second floor, I found a vintage maple leaf brooch, and the owner enthusiastically explained its origins. The oyster stall is open and ready to eat, and a squeeze of lemon juice down your throat is simply breathtakingly delicious! Even on weekends, the crowds are so intense that I nearly knocked over the shelves while trying the cheese stall. The vibrant atmosphere of the city is so vibrant here that it&#39;s best to come hungry.
