Join Sarah Stobbe, a visual artist from Memphis, Tennessee, for an exciting event called "Pinch Pots and Pinots." Hosted by Arrow Creative, this hand-building class will focus on creating unique pinch pots. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced potter, this workshop is designed to help you construct dynamic forms using a simple technique that has been practiced since ancient times. 

During the class, Sarah will guide you through the process of adding fun textures and patterns to your pottery, as well as creating compelling contrast using underglaze washes. No prior experience with clay is required, as all the necessary materials and tools will be provided. 

To make the experience even more enjoyable, feel free to bring your own wine, glasses, and snacks. This 21+ event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and get creative. 

Sarah Stobbe is a talented artist who recently graduated with a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Memphis. Her ceramic sculptures have been showcased in various regional and national shows, including the "Best of TN Craft Biennial" in 2021 and the "Southern Miss Ceramics National" in 2022.
