Come and enjoy an evening in the unique and glorious walled gardens of the Hospital of St.Cross where you will be entertained by Opera Anywhere with a light hearted performance of Pirates of Penzance. The setting should be perfect for a summers evening with the backdrop of a lake and the water meadows.  Bring a table, chairs and your picnic supper and even a gazebo - there will be a prize for the best decorated one on a floral theme. Why dress up and bring a party of friends to celebrate the longest day in style.  The performance starts at 7pm but you can arrive from 6pm for picnics. If bringing a gazebo please arrive at 6pm. There will be a 30 minute interval.  Refreshments and a real cask ale bar available.
