Join the highly esteemed PMA Competition Winter Camp, led by PMA Black Belt World Champions and World Top 10 Black Belt Competitors. This two-day event, taking place on January 5th and 6th in Pembroke Pines, FL, offers non-stop tournament training from 8 am to 8 pm. Prepare yourself for 12 hours of intense competition training each day, as you delve into the mental champion mindset, physical conditioning, and various martial arts disciplines.
Throughout the camp, participants will focus on honing their skills in kicking, weapons, sparring, open hand forms, weapons forms, and performance. With only 20 spots available, early booking is encouraged to secure your place. The camp fee includes a comprehensive package of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks.
Each day will begin with check-in at 8:00 am, followed by a energizing 1-mile run and kicking session. After a satisfying breakfast, transportation will be provided to the designated park for forms and weapons training. Return to the school for lunch, and continue with weapons and performance training in the afternoon. Transportation will then be arranged to Silver Lakes Park for additional park training, including hand forms and tricking. The day will conclude with dinner and preparation for a good night's rest.
To ensure a rewarding experience, participants are advised to bring their own weapons, sparring gear, extra training clothes, running shoes, and a sleeping bag.
