R.A.R.E. ART is presented by Victory for Veterans, a non-profit organization committed to reducing suicide among veterans, first responders, and caregivers. Additionally, Working with Hope, Inc., another non-profit organization, collaborates with R.A.R.E. ART to provide hope and support for those facing invisible chronic illnesses.
