Experience a full body workout at the historic and breathtaking Red Rocks amphitheatre in Morrison. Get ready for the upcoming winter season by focusing on your weaknesses and building a strong foundation. Our stair climbing workouts will help you enhance your strength and conditioning, ensuring that you can run, ride, and hike with increased power and without the risk of injuries in 2024.

Join us for weekly workouts on alternating Saturday and Sunday mornings. These intense 75-90 minute sessions will challenge your entire body, incorporating cardio, strength, and core exercises while navigating the stairs and bleachers. On warmer days, we will even include an optional trail run. Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and modifications will be provided.

Don't miss our special themed workouts throughout the season. Embrace the holiday spirit with our Ugly Sweater workout on Sunday, December 10th. Kick-off the New Year on the right foot with our workout on Sunday, December 31st. And get ready for the Super Bowl with our Super Stairs workout on February 12th. Stay tuned for more details on our St. Patty's stair workout in March!

Participating in these Red Rocks workouts is easy with our punch pass options. Drop-in for $20 per class or save money with our punch passes: $75 for a 5-class pass, $120 for a 10-class pass, or $200 for a 20-class pass ($10 per class). Your punch pass can also be used for our other year-round workouts like March Hill Madness, pilates/yoga, and fitness paddles.
