Join Eleanor and Sarah, experts in sewing, as they guide you in transforming your old or damaged garments into stylish new creations. To secure your spot, please reserve a free ticket in advance, as space may be limited. Feel free to bring your own clothes to work on, and our skilled instructors will provide valuable advice and ideas on how to repair or alter them. If you're new to sewing, don't worry – we have spare fabrics available for practice. The Create Place is fully equipped with sewing machines and basic tools to get you started on your creative journey. While we can't provide all materials, feel free to bring any additional trims or fabrics you'd like to use. Our inclusive and welcoming group encourages the sharing of ideas on combating textile waste and sustainable fashion. The workshop takes place from 6.30pm to 8pm every second and fourth Monday of the month at The Create Place, located at St. Margaret's House on Old Ford Road in Bethnal Green, London. We are thrilled to have received a grant from the East End Community Foundation and Tower Hamlets Council Small Grants Fund, allowing us to keep our workshops free for all. Any small donation you can make with your ticket would greatly support our mission to reach more individuals with clothing repair initiatives. The suggested donation amount is £3.50. We just finished our trip&mdash;she was incredibly patient, explaining each of the museum&#39;s most prized possessions in detail. Those three hours were so fulfilling! Otherwise, we would have been wandering around like headless chickens!

It is definitely worth going. You can deeply feel the profound British culture and the importance Britain attaches to talents in various fields such as science, culture and art. When we went there, we queued for less than an hour to get in. The order arrangement in the venue was very reasonable and the Chinese translator was very useful.
