Join us for an invigorating morning of movement and mindfulness at the 
Oshawa Centre
! This wellness-focused event begins with a fun and accessible 
5K run 
led by our local run club lead Nikki Plante through a scenic route, perfect for runners of all levels—from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
After coming back from the run we will transition into a 
guided flow yoga session at 10:00 AM
, designed to stretch, restore, and ground your body after the run. Led by Shavonne Wood , the session will focus on breath, mobility, and recovery—leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. Our guests who practice you can also show up at 
10:00AM 
if you do not wish to partcipate in the run.
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, find your flow, or simply connect with a community of like-minded movers, this event offers the best of both worlds: cardio and calm.
What to Bring:
Comfortable running gear
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Positive energy!
All fitness levels are welcome.
 Come solo or bring a friend—everyone is encouraged to participate in this energizing experience that supports wellness, connection, and balance.
Post movement we will be hosting breakfast yogurt granola bowls in store with fresh fruit!
