All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome to run or walk in this event. The run is limited to just 15 participants per wave to ensure health, safety, and the right amount of encouragement. There's no need for equipment or setup - just the pure joy of running. If there are at least 8 runners, our coordinators will be there to hand-time your run and provide water and snacks.

When you sign up for the race, you're not just signing up for a run. You're embarking on a journey towards better health. Your swag bag, including a premium running shirt, will be mailed directly to you. Plus, you'll have access to a virtual community of runners from around the world, where you can receive tips, inspiration, giveaways, and ongoing challenges to keep you motivated.

Choose your preferred wave time by emailing info@thebestraces.com. The start times include Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:30 AM, and Wave C at 9:30 AM. In the event that a wave is sold out, you can still sign up for the virtual run option or join the waiting list for future races.

If there are fewer than 7 runners, the run may be postponed until more participants join. There is no fee for transfer in case of a postponed run. We also offer a Virtual Option, where you can practice on one of our designed courses.
