Experience a unique opportunity to learn from master sculptor Nilda Comas at the Sculpture Masterclass taking place at The Brick City Center for the Arts in Ocala. Over three days, from April 2nd to April 4th, participants will engage in a hands-on workshop delving into the art of sculpture. Day one focuses on creating a Bas Relief, followed by sculpting a Human Figure on day two, and concluding with Portrait Sculpting on day three. The workshop, open to individuals aged 14 and above at all skill levels, offers a comprehensive exploration of sculpting techniques using water-based clay. With only 15 spots available, aspiring sculptors are encouraged to secure their places for all three dates at a registration fee of $350. Throughout the workshop, students will receive instruction on tools, substructure, clay application, modeling, perspective, composition, and human anatomy from the esteemed artist, Nilda Comas.
